Melyss has been throwing down the funky house and breaks since 2000. Over the past 9 years she’s shared the stage with the likes of Meat Katie, Rogue Element, Stanton Warriors, Rennie Pilgrem, Adam Freeland and the list goes on. She is a resident with San Francisco crews Sister SF & Opel Productions and previously held a Tuesday residency for 4.5 years with the Mayonnaise crew in SF. Melyss is currently working on the production side of things - taking a bit of a step back from the DJ scene to get up to snuff in the studio.

We’ll take the love into the night at Mission Rock, with special guests Lee Coombs (Lot 49, UK), whose touring in support of his full length artist album ‘Light & Dark,’ along with the US debut of Zodiac Cartel (U & A Records, UK). 4 rooms of music also featuring Syd Gris, Melyss, Dex Stakker, Alixr, Sychosis, downstairs hosted by the California Dubstep Republic, much more tba.

For the 6th annual SF Love Event (formerly SF Love Parade & LoveFest), Opel will once again be in the heart of it with a float and after party. This year for our float we’ll team up with our playa sister community Opulent Temple to produce ‘Jewels of Fire’. Float will feature special guests and comrade Lee Coombs & the US debut of fidget house monster Zodiac Cartel & Will Bailey (Simman Records) with Opel & OT residents Syd Gris, Dutch, Cosmic Selector, Dex Stakker, Melyss, Jeff Taisch, Dulce Vita & much more tba. Look for the ‘O’Pod nestled on a semi surrounded by sound, beauty and colorful freaks in the streets!
